Delete Account

Delete your HealthBook account from inside the app.

If you want to permanently delete your HealthBook account and associated data, please use the delete option inside the mobile app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the HealthBook app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the first warning.
  5. Confirm the final deletion step.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, care circle links, medicine schedules, medicines you added, uploaded photos, orders, and related app data associated with your account.

Important

This action is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed in the app.
